ARROW THERAPY #2 Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OF MERCH OR PAYMENT OF ANY MONEY IS NECESSARY / REQUIRED TO ENTER, WIN, OR QUALIFY FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES. PURCHASING MERCHANDISE WITH MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
ARROW THERAPY #2 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and Canada and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law, Canadian law, and applicable state/province law.
PLEASE DO NOT ENTER this Sweepstakes if you do not have residency in the USA or Canada or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA or Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state/province of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”).
Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void in Puerto Rico, USA territories or where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrant who is deemed the Winner (as defined below)). AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Winning the Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set at the launch of the sweepstakes.
How to Enter
The Arrow Therapy #2 Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Mountain Time on August 3, 2025, and ends at 12:00 PM Mountain Time on September 2, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database clock will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
There are two (2) ways to enter:
1. Online Purchase Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants who make a purchase through the official Arrow Therapy website at ArrowTherapy.co (the “Website”) will automatically receive two 1 entry into the Sweepstakes for every item purchased.
Entries are calculated based on the pre-tax purchase amount, excluding shipping and handling fees, and after any discounts are applied.
No limit applies to the number of entries that can be earned through purchases.
2. Email Entry (No Purchase Required)
To enter without making a purchase, email your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth to: Arrowtherapy@umarketing-media.com with the subject line: “Arrow Therapy #2”
Limit one (1) email entry per person, per email address, per phone number, and per mailing address per calendar week (Sunday–Saturday).
Each email entry must be submitted separately.
Entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
Any Entrant who submits more than one entry per calendar week will have all entries, except their first, disqualified.
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
(i) technical failures, errors, or malfunctions of any kind;
(ii) delayed, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries; or
(iii) any incorrect or inaccurate information provided in entry submissions.
All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates, partners, employees, agents, and representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, or losses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. This includes, but is not limited to:
Technical failures of any kind, including interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware/software;
Unauthorized human intervention or tampering;
Printing, typographical, or administrative errors;
Errors in the processing of entries or winner selection;
Injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including death, directly or indirectly caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, inaccessible, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues with entry submission. Entrants accept full responsibility for any damage to their devices resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any related materials.
In the event of any dispute or cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability is strictly limited to the Entrant’s cost of entering the Sweepstakes. Entrants further waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, except where prohibited by law (e.g., New Jersey).
Additionally, Entrants waive all claims related to publicity rights, defamation, and invasion of privacy arising from Sweepstakes participation or prize use. The Released Parties are not responsible for Sweepstakes disruptions or cancellations due to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control.
Winner Selection and Prize Details
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by the Administrator on or about September 5, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Grand Prize: A custom compound bow, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $3,000 USD. The ARV is determined in good faith by the Sponsor and is final. If the actual value of the prize is less than the ARV, the difference will not be awarded.
Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified by phone, email, and/or USPS mail. To claim the prize, the potential winner must:
Respond to the notification within 24 hours;
Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (U.S. residents) or Declaration of Compliance (Canadian residents) within three (3) days of notification;
If applicable, submit a completed IRS Form W-9 (U.S.) or Form W8-BEN (Canada).
Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if the winner is otherwise unreachable or noncompliant, they will be disqualified.
Canadian winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question (without assistance) to claim the prize. If answered incorrectly, an alternate winner will be selected.
Publicity & Additional Terms
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and Released Parties the unrestricted right to use their name, image, voice, and biographical details for advertising and promotional purposes across all media worldwide, without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
The winner acknowledges that the Released Parties do not provide any warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the prize, expressed or implied
Disputes
All disputes or claims related to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrants agree to:
Resolve all disputes individually without class action;
Submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Utah;
Limit all claims to actual out-of-pocket expenses, with no entitlement to attorneys’ fees;
Waive rights to punitive, incidental, consequential, or multiplied damages;
Seek only monetary damages (if any), and not injunctive or equitable relief.
Severability and Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force. These rules constitute the entire agreement regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior communications.
No changes or waivers will be valid unless made in writing and signed by both the Sponsor and Administrator. Entrants may not assign their participation rights without the Sponsor’s prior written consent.
Fraud & Scam Warning
The Sponsor or its Administrator will never ask winners to provide credit card, banking information, or payment of any kind to claim a prize. Any such request is a scam. We do not contact winners via social media.
U.S. winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value and are responsible for reporting and paying all associated taxes.
